Mobile Patrols operate 24/7 staffed by uniformed security officers fully trained to deal with the requirements of all the premises we protect. We use clearly identified vehicles and offer a fully trained dog and dog handler.  

 

Our mobile patrols, dog handlers and liveried vehicles will respond to alarm activations within a specified time limit and visit your premises at irregular intervals so that their mobile patrols cannot be monitored. In the event of your site being accessed illegally or alarm activation, our officers will stay on your premises and work with any official representative until such time that the problem is resolved and a detailed report sheet completed.

Our security guards must contact our control room within a specified time period to confirm that not only themselves but also the site and perimeter they are protecting or visiting are in good condition and there are no problems.

 

If for some reason an officer misses a check-in call, then a well-rehearsed emergency program is put into immediate effect. All calls are monitored and recorded on a data base which can be referred to by any of our inspectors to ensure that all our staff comply with the companies risk assessment and regulations.
