For complete piece of mind. In case of an emergency or a false alarm our highly trained and vetted security officers will act as your representative with the police, protect and re-secure your premises, call in and supervise repair contractors and test and re-set your alarm. We will cover your shop, factory, office, home, hospital, school, rental properties … what ever premises you need to protect!   All keys entrusted to Phoenix Security are locked in secure cabinets, coded for anonymity and only released to authorised Phoenix Security response officers. All key movements are recorded on a database, this includes the time the key was taken out, and by whom and the time the key was returned. Any data can be printed out upon your request.

Our Key Holding Services  ... from as little as £1 per day!   Key holding: Phoenix Consultancy will hold a set of your business premise’s keys and respond to emergency call-outs which will be charged at an hourly rate.   Keyholding plus Night/Weekend call-out response: Phoenix Security Consultancy will hold a set of keys to your premises as well as respond to emergency call-outs – Monday to Friday 1700 – 0700 hours, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours a day.   Keyholding 24-7 call out response: Total security – twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week! Phoenix Security Consultancy will hold a set of your business premise’s keys and respond to all call-outs – whenever you need us.   All fees payable monthly in advance.
