Phoenix Security operates a modern computerised 24hr control room with all the facilities to make this the hub of our sophisticated security operations. All activity is managed from our Control Room to ensure you get the very best security services.
Quality Accreditation   British Standard: BS 7858	Open all hours Our clients can contact us at any time, night or day, 365 days a year.    Health & Safety Our security officers must contact our control room within a specified time period to confirm that not only themselves but also the site they are protecting or visiting are in good condition and there are no problems.   If for some reason an officer misses a check-in call, then a well-rehearsed emergency program is put into immediate effect.
